Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall sales strategy, setting ambitious targets aligned with organizational growth goals.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a results-oriented sales team through structured coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Analyze conversion rates and sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement strategic corrections swiftly and effectively.
  • Oversee all daily sales operations, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and consistently executed.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with patients and key stakeholders to drive retention and referrals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and administrative leadership to ensure a unified approach to patient acquisition and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards relevant to a healthcare environment.
  • Own sales performance reporting and present strategic insights, forecasts, and departmental KPIs to the executive team.
  • Leverage EMR, CRM, and analytics tools to drive productivity and provide data-informed recommendations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning by maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in integrative medicine sales.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of five years of proven sales management experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, cash-pay medical, elective wellness, or integrative medicine sales strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform and refine strategy.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with the determination to pursue opportunities and close deals in the face of adversity.
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies and approaches as the business and market evolve.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $105,000 — $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus and commission eligibility
  • Total compensation will be discussed in detail during the interview process

Hours This is a full-time salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on-site.

Physical Demands This role requires extended periods of sitting at a computer and phone-based communication. The employee will move throughout the clinic regularly to engage directly with the sales team and clinical staff.
