LifeWorks Wellness Center is looking for a highly compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of health care professionals to perform and monitor specific treatments.

Language Skills:
Must read, write, and speak English. Must have excellent interactive communication skills, making patients feel comfortable and at-ease.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, must be able to stand for periods up to 4 hours at a time caring for patients. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Must be able to lift the Hyperthermia dome onto and off of the treatment table.
Compensation range: $35-36 per hour
Hours:
• Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• 10 hour shifts - Monday through Thursday
7:45 am – 5:45 pm

Key
- Ensure proper consent forms are signed by each patient
- Perform phlebotomy and administer IV Therapy to multiple patients as per standard protocol.
- Observe, monitor, and record patient behavior and progress.
- Adherence to an exact protocol to deliver step by step directed treatment to the patient.
- Maintain communication with patients, ensuring they are happily progressing through their treatment plan
- Maintains accurate patient charting of every patient encounter and IV treatments delivered.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standard protocols.
- Serves and protects the Doctor’s practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
- Graduate of Highschool/GED or equivalent
- 2+ years Phlebotomy Experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Must have at least a year of ICU experience.
- Experience with conscious sedation is helpful but not required.
- Experience using EMR software
- Superior communication and patient service skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IV experience
- Holistic Nursing Certification is a plus
- Professional, compassionate, and calm under pressure
