Patient Treatment Consultant (Face-to-Face Consultative Sales)
Job description:
LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a high-performing consultative sales professional to join our team as a Patient Treatment Consultant.
In this role, you will meet with patients after their practitioner consultation and guide them through their recommended treatment program. These programs may include diagnostic testing, supplements, and therapeutic services designed to address chronic health conditions and support long-term healing.
This is a face-to-face consultative sales role focused on helping patients commit to the treatment plan that will begin their healing journey.
LifeWorks Wellness Center is one of the largest integrative medical clinics in the United States and Florida’s leading natural health clinic. Patients travel from around the world to receive care from our practitioners and begin personalized treatment programs designed to restore their health naturally.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with patients following their practitioner consultation to review recommended treatment programs
Clearly explain treatment plans, timelines, and program components including labs, supplements, and therapeutic services
Guide patients through the decision-making process and help them commit to their treatment plan
Finalize enrollment into treatment programs and collect payment
Build strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey
Follow up with prospective and current patients to ensure progress and continued engagement
Maintain a pipeline of patients moving through treatment programs
Collaborate with practitioners and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
What Success Looks Like
Confidently presenting and enrolling patients into treatment programs
Building trust with patients seeking solutions for chronic health conditions
Maintaining strong patient relationships throughout their care journey
Consistently meeting enrollment and revenue goals
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of face-to-face consultative sales experience
Proven ability to build trust and guide clients through important purchasing decisions
Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical sales, or high-ticket consultative sales is strongly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Energetic, confident, and performance-driven
Passion for helping people improve their health
Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to sit, type and communicate on the phone for periods up to 8 hours at a time.
